My anxiety was through the roof, and I was often battling unexplained anemia. But what’s most frustrating is that when I went to the doctor, they only treated each individual symptom. Nobody ever asked me about my diet or even considered food sensitivities as the root cause of my issues.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Doctors prescribed medication after medication, but the results were poor, and I often had reactions to the drugs that made things even worse. My body felt like it was constantly at war with itself, and I couldn’t figure out why. It wasn’t until I stumbled across a blog post online about celiac disease and its symptoms that I began to wonder if food—specifically gluten—could be the culprit. The more I researched, the more my experiences seemed to align with celiac disease.</span></p>
