Nutrition

All of our ingredients and equipment used are certified gluten-free. We currently operate in a commercial kitchen.

We take good allergies and dietary restrictions very seriously. Please let us know of any foods you cannot eat when placing your order.

When placing your order on the website, click on the photo of the meal to see the ingredient list and nutrition info. Write in the box labeled “special requests” for example, “no onions”.

We shop in person to find the freshest produce. Sometimes it is organic, and sometimes conventional is the best quality.

We do not use any seed oils due to their inflammatory properties. We only use cold pressed coconut, avocado, olive oil, and butter.

Yes! We have the largest selection of family meals of all the meal preparation services.
